Mesothelioma Symptoms Near Death — Anecdotal evidence supports the theory that mesothelioma symptoms near death may be brought on by exposure to asbestos. Asbestos, which is a naturally occurring mineral, was widely used in many construction and related industries from the 1950s until the late 1970s.

The material was deemed safe for use, however, when it was finally phased out. Because of this, many workers were exposed to asbestos while they were employed in these industries, and many developed lung cancer as a result.

Since the number of workers who developed mesothelioma symptoms near death is so great, attorneys specializing in mesothelioma cases have seen a spike in claims over the last several years.

Mesothelioma symptoms can appear years after asbestos exposure, and it takes many years before the disease is diagnosed. Some symptoms never appear and can be attributed to a variety of other diseases as well.

Mesothelioma Symptoms Near Death : While No One Will Die From Mesothelioma

While no one will die from mesothelioma, there are a variety of treatment options available to those who do contract the illness. To determine whether or not a person has mesothelioma, several tests must be run, including CAT scans, X-Rays, and a fundoscopy.

Any positive results must be reported to the state health department as soon as possible.

A CT scan, or Computed Tomography Scanner, can show the exact location of mesothelioma growth. This type of test is most often used in the external area, such as the neck and abdomen. A chest x-ray may also be conducted to see if there are any internal problems with the lungs or heart.

A laryngoscopy can also show mesothelioma symptoms, although it is not used to directly diagnose the condition. It does, however, show whether or not a tumor is present.

X-rays are sometimes used in the initial diagnosis stage and allow doctors to track the progress of cancer. Again, these are often used in the external areas, such as the neck and abdomen. During the internal stage, CT and MRI scans can be used to look for signs of cancerous cells or tumors.

Many times, an abdominal ultrasound can also help to determine if a patient has mesothelioma symptoms. see full article “ Mesothelioma Symptoms Near Death
